WA Oceanafest is proud to announce that it has secured the services of some of the worlds top culinary judges to oversee the competitions.

WA Oceanafest, the international culinary festival of Australia, will be held in conjunction with Fine Foods in Perth.

The event incorporates a number of culinary strands which includes:

• Restaurant of Champions
• Salon Olympia Culinaire
• Individual Hot Kitchen competitions
• Training providers team competitions
• High school team competitions

This year WA Oceanafest will also host the Australian final of the World Association of Chefs Societies “Global Chef” Competition.

The winner of this will progress to the Pacific Rim Final and if successful onto the world final in Chile in 2010.

The competitions are organized and run under the auspices of the Australian Culinary Federation WA chapter and the organizational team are looking forward to a busy culinary week.
